Duties: * MDS Assessment and Documentation * Care Planning and Coordination * Quality Assurance and Compliance related to MDS * Provide Education and training to nursing staff on MDS assessment protocols, documentation requirements, and regulatory guidelines. * Service as a resource for staff inquiries regarding MDS coding, documentation best practices, and care planning processes.
