Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager, located in Lincolnshire, IL. The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and organization. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, supervising office equipment use, supporting customer service needs, and leading general office administration. The Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining a productive and professional workplace environment. Qualifications Strong communication skills for effective team coordination and client interactionsProficiency in administrative assistance, including scheduling, billing, and organizing office operationsExperience with managing and troubleshooting office equipment to ensure functionalityCustomer service skills to address client inquiries and support a positive client experienceExpertise in office administration, such as managing supplies, procedures, and documentationOrganizational and leadership skills to oversee day-to-day office activitiesFamiliarity with relevant software applications is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or degrees in business administration are advantageous
