Process Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer – Insert Molding

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer specializing in insert molding to join our team in Maumelle, AR. The role involves leading the design, development, and optimization of insert molding processes for medical devices. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing and troubleshooting insert molding processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving process improvements.Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize insert molding processes for medical devices.Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure product quality.Analyze and improve processes for cost and cycle time reduction.Provide technical support to resolve defects and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new manufacturing techniques.Maintain comprehensive documentation of all processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.Minimum of 5 years of insert molding experience, preferably in the medical device industry.Proficiency in molding techniques and familiarity with FDA and ISO 13485 standards.Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
