Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Coordinator who will play a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality PM inspection and testing services across multiple accounts.Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm, onsite in Irvine, CaPay: $22- $24/ hour ( Depending on experience)What You'll Do:Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with affiliate subcontractorsClearly communicate scope of work for each serviceCommunicate with customers and affiliates via phone and emailSchedule and coordinate preventative maintenance (PM) services efficientlyServe as the primary point of contact for customers regarding PM inspections and testingWork with vendors to coordinate services and negotiate PM terms and costsMaintain accurate PM schedules, site details, and compliance records in internal and customer systemsTrack all open and closed work orders in the Great Plains systemUpdate work order status notes, schedule dates, estimated completion dates, and close datesProvide regular status updates to customers and affiliatesFollow up daily to ensure timely and accurate completion of work ordersObtain inspection purchase orders from customersDispatch inspection work orders to affiliates promptlyFollow up weekly on inspection completion statusProactively identify issues and provide solutions to prevent service disruptionsWhat Success Looks Like:
