Responsibilities include full lifecycle program management, multidisciplinary team leadership, customer engagement, staffing, and delivery of mission-critical IT solutions in classified and unclassified environments.Requirements12+ years overall; 5+ years managing large-scale DoD programs ($100M+)DoD program management; DISA/Pentagon experience; engineering + architecture + app dev oversight; staffing/resource mgmt; secure environments; rapid response support• - Lead all contract operations• - Serve as primary Government interface• - Oversee engineering, architecture, and development teams• - Ensure delivery on schedule and scope• - Maintain staffing (90%+)• - Provide strategic oversight and operate independentlyBachelor's in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)PMP (preferred); ITIL preferred; DAWIA nice to have• Executive-level communication• - Ability to brief SES/Flag Officers• - Strong leadership and customer engagement- Operate in high-pressure environments
