*** No C2C ****** W-2 Only ****** USC or GC Holder ****** 12-Month Contract ****** Chicago, IL 60646 ***Construction Safety ConsultantResponsibilities:Develop and implement construction safety programs, policies, and proceduresConduct contractor safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviewsAnalyze safety performance metrics and recommend corrective actionsDeliver OSHA and workplace safety training to employees and contractorsInvestigate incidents and recommend preventive measuresPartner with project teams, contractors, and leadership to ensure safe work practicesMonitor compliance with federal, state, and company safety requirementsParticipate in safety committees and support continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications:3–5+ years of construction safety experience on large-scale projectsStrong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practicesExperience with contractor oversight, auditing, and regulatory complianceAbility to deliver safety training and influence safe work behaviorsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsUtility construction experience preferredAssociate degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferredValid driver's license required
