White Light Electric is looking for a motivated Junior Electrical Estimator to join our growing team in Sterling Heights, MI.This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in commercial and industrial electrical construction — with direct mentorship, real ownership over your work, and a clear path to grow into a Senior Estimator or Project Manager role.What you'll be doing:Performing electrical quantity takeoffs from construction drawingsAssisting with labor and material pricing on active bidsCoordinating supplier quotes and supporting bid preparationLearning estimating software - Trimble AccubidWorking directly alongside experienced leadership from day oneWe're looking for candidates from one of three backgrounds:Recent graduate in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field3rd or 4th year electrical apprentice ready to transition into an office roleHands-on electrical field experience with strong computer skillsNo prior estimating experience required.
