Schedule Day shift with rotating start times: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM Additional schedule details: No weekends No weekly call Holiday call only, shared between all staff Key Responsibilities Prepare, calculate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals according to safety and regulatory guidelines. Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures using appropriate equipment and protocols. Position patients properly to capture high-quality diagnostic images. Explain procedures, obtain patient history, and help patients feel comfortable throughout the exam. Monitor radiation exposure and follow radiation safety standards for patients, staff, and self. Process and enhance images for radiologist interpretation. Perform quality control checks and assist with equipment calibration and maintenance. Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with department policies and regulatory standards. Work closely with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other imaging team members to support efficient patient care. Qualifications Nuclear Medicine Technology certification required or eligible, based on facility requirements. Previous nuclear medicine experience preferred. Strong understanding of radiation safety, imaging protocols, and patient care standards. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment.
