Duties and Responsibilities Support carrier and shipper relationship development Assist with researching prospective clients and carriers Participate in cold-calling and prospecting efforts Help negotiate rates under team supervision Track and manage shipments to ensure on-time delivery Assist in resolving shipment issues and communicating updates Collaborate with team members to deliver premier service Learn how to grow revenue, increase margins, and build pipelines Demonstrate resilience, professionalism, and a strong work ethic Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics, or related field Strong communication skills and willingness to be on the phone Competitive, self-motivated, and eager to learn Ability to multi-task in a high-energy environment Strong organization and time management skills Team-oriented with the ability to work independently Determination to win and grow Physical Requirements Must be able to work onsite in an office setting. This position is administrative in nature and will require the ability to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 15 pounds.
