About VivaViva is building the AI for dental and medical front desk operations. Our AI handles the phones, manages appointments, and automates operational tasks teams deal with every day — so practices can focus on patient care instead of playing phone tag.We’re a small, fast-moving team shipping real software that real practices rely on. If you like the idea of your work directly making someone’s workday better (and occasionally hearing about it from the practice manager who used to stay late doing callbacks), you’ll fit right in.The RoleWe’re looking for a Customer Onboarding & Account Manager to be the human on the other end of our customer relationships. You’ll take practices from “just signed up” to “can’t imagine running the front desk without Viva,” keep them happy along the way, and serve as the bridge between our customers and our engineering team when things get technical.This role is a mix of relationship-building, problem-solving, and scrappy process work. You’ll own the customer experience end-to-end and have a direct hand in shaping how we scale it.What You’ll DoOnboard new practices — guide them through setup, training, and go-live, and make sure they hit their “aha” moment fast.Own ongoing customer relationships — check in regularly, understand how each practice is using Viva, and help them get more out of it.Handle level-1 support — answer customer questions, troubleshoot common issues, and resolve what you can directly.Escalate thoughtfully — write clear, well-scoped technical tickets for issues that need engineering, with the context developers need to actually fix them.Be the voice of the customer internally — surface patterns, pain points, and feature requests to product and engineering.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree.1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer support or account management.Excellent conversational and written communication — you can explain tricky technical concepts in plain language and write an email that people actually want to read.Genuine eagerness to use AI tools to automate your own workflows. We use AI heavily internally, and we want someone who will run with it.Thrives in a startup environment — comfortable with ambiguity, fast context-switching, and building the plane while flying it.Abilities to Install and troubleshoot software on Windows Basic VOIP phone troubleshooting Skills Nice to HavesExperience in B2B medical or dental SaaS (or adjacent healthcare software).Technical understanding of VoIP — how calls are routed, SIP basics, or troubleshooting call-quality issues.Why JoinYou’ll be one of the first dedicated customer-facing hires, with a lot of ownership and room to grow into whatever shape suits you.You’ll work directly with the founding team and have real input on product and process.You’ll get to use (and help improve) genuinely impressive AI tooling — on both sides of the customer conversation.Sound like you?
