We design and install advanced smart home systems, including A/V, lighting, shades, networking, security, and more, for homeowners, designers, architects, and builders.We're looking for a Procurement & Purchasing Specialist to keep our supply chain running efficiently across all BRAVAS locations.The RoleYou'll manage procurement of inventory and non-inventory items that support production and service across all company locations. Working closely with vendors, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders, you'll ensure timely ordering, accurate tracking, and cost-effective purchasing — while maximizing vendor rebates and minimizing freight costs.Responsibilities: Process all purchase requests in accordance with Central Purchasing SLAsEnsure all standard requests are submitted by end of next business day, URGENT requests same-dayMaintain accurate order information in NetSuite, including order numbers, ETAs, and backorder statusesMonitor product availability and coordinate substitutions; notify stakeholders if products cannot be sourced within SLA timeframesCommunicate with vendors and internal teams on availability, backorders, shipping updates, RMAs, pricing changes, and billing issuesEnsure correct application of pricing, discounts, and freight fees on all ordersPurchase strategically to minimize freight costs and maximize volume rebates each quarterDisseminate vendor updates to location teams and HxD/HxE as necessarySupport inter-company transfers and coordinate with the Shared Services team on product availabilityQualifications:Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordinationProficiency with NetSuite, iPoint, or D-Tools preferredStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesExcellent communication and follow-up skills; comfortable working with vendors and cross-functional teamsProactive problem-solver with a team-oriented mindsetHigh school diploma or GED requiredPhysical Requirements:Primarily desk-based with extended periods at a computer; must be able to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally.This is an in-person role based in Littleton, Colorado.Bravas Benefits:Medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidaysSupport operations behind some of the most impressive smart home projects in the countryWe are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, or other legally protected status.Powered by JazzHR
