Engineering Manager

Overview In this role you lead a growing engineering team on industrial automation projects, guiding technical solutions from concept to delivery while aligning with sales, PM, and company growth goals. You’ll configure hardware, design control networks, and oversee documentation and on-site support to ensure successful installations. You’ll manage budgets, staffing, and project schedules, driving profitability and team development. This remote position offers high-visibility impact and travel up to 30%.
