This role supports investment, asset management, and strategic growth initiatives through financial analysis, market research, underwriting, and portfolio analytics. This position partners with senior leadership to evaluate opportunities, monitor portfolio performance, and provide data-driven insights that support business decisions.Essential DutiesReflect the Core Values and Core Focus of TCSLSupport evaluation and analysis of acquisition, development, and disposition opportunitiesDevelop and maintain investment underwriting, valuation, forecasting, and financial modelsConduct market research and competitive analysis using operational, demographic, financial, and industry dataAnalyze operating performance including occupancy trends, revenue, labor, expenses, NOI, and key performance indicatorsPrepare investment summaries, executive presentations, and supporting materials for leadership reviewAssist with transaction processes including due diligence, financial review, data organization, and closing supportDevelop and maintain asset management reporting tools to evaluate portfolio performance and strategic initiativesPartner with operations, accounting, and leadership teams to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesUtilize technology and analytical tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and business intelligenceMaintain regular, on-site attendance as scheduledEducation/ Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or related field3'5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, real estate investments, asset management, acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, or related field preferredSenior housing, healthcare real estate, or multi-site operational experience preferredExperience with financial modeling, investment analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reportingMBA, CFA, or related professional designation preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelingStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to translate complex financial and operational data into meaningful insightsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvementAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDemonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, ownership, and sound judgmentWillingness to perform additional duties as assignedWhat We OfferWe offer On-Demand Pay so you can access wages you've already earned between paydays.
