You'll use your bilingual communication skills to provide exceptional support and help consumers get the most out of our products.Responsibilities of the position include:Answer, process, and document incoming phone calls, emails, and letters customersProvide professional customer support in both English and FrenchTroubleshoot consumer concerns and deliver effective solutionsMaintain accurate and detailed interaction recordsWork in a fast-paced call center environmentRequirements of the position include:High school diploma or equivalentFluency in both English and French (written and spoken)At least six months of customer service experienceStrong communication skills (written and spoken)Comfort with computers, data entry, email, and the internetThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environmentOur employees enjoy working in a tobacco-free and drug-free environment.
