Physician - Cardiologist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Cardiologist to join our client's team in New York for a 60-day assignment starting Jun 8, 2026. This role involves providing clinical supervision of stress tests, image interpretation, and direct patient interaction during 8am-5pm shifts. The chosen physician will play a crucial part in diagnosing and managing various cardiac conditions, ensuring high-quality patient care.Responsibilities and DutiesClinical supervision of stress tests.Image interpretation and diagnosis.Reporting and collaboration with healthcare teams.Ensure quality assurance and compliance with medical standards.Engage in direct patient interaction for consultations and follow-ups.Manage cases including suspected Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), known CAD assessment, pre-operative clearance, post-heart attack evaluation, and heart failure assessment.Perform Nuclear Stress Testing (SPECT), Cardiac PET, and PET/CT scans.Maintain an outpatient focus, with potential for inpatient involvement as needed.
