Job Description Our reputable organization is looking to hire a loyal, honest, clean and hardworking administrative assistant to join our team and change lives for the Kingdom of God. You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and day-to-day activities of the organization. It is like working from home at your computer.Responsibilities:Must be Loyal, Honest, Clean, Hard Working etc.Provide administrative assistance to the President/CEO and the management teamManage records and informationPlan and maintain work facilitiesTake live calls, check voice messages and return missed callsRun errandsEncourage and improve cross-department internal communicationPerform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, checking mails, custodial duties, etc.Plan and schedule appointments and eventsGreet and assist onsite guests (No too many guests due to COVID-19)Answer inbound telephone callsDevelop and implement organized filing systemsPerform all other office tasks​Qualifications:Experience in office work/administrative services or other related fields.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize and multi-taskDraft correspondences and other formal documentsPlan and schedule appointments and eventsGreet and assist onsite guestsAnswer inbound telephone callsDevelop and implement organized filing systemsStrong organizational skillsDeadline and detail-orientedStrong leadership qualitiesTeachable, Learnable, and willing to learn.Strong attention to detail​Strong organizational skillsData base entryWord, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.Social Media Skills, Newsletter Design, Payroll and Call center experience is a big plusCompany DescriptionFreedom House Church International is a great place to work- beautiful and spacious offices, huge rooms (26,000sq ft) facility, surrounded by many good restaurants, shopping centers, Wal Mart, off hwy 78, 5 minutes away from Stone Mountain historic park with over 5 million visitors a year.
