Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative therapy team within a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on providing high-quality rehabilitation services to short-term rehab patients and long-term residents, helping them improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function. The SLP will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and dysphagia needs, implementing individualized plans of care under evidence-based guidelines. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork are essential to ensure positive patient outcomes.
