A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I to work remotely in a call center environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess inbound calls regarding account questions, product information, and customer requests De-escalate customer issues and follow through to resolution while maintaining service levels Assist customers with digital banking services across various devices and maintain knowledge of banking productsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using personal computers and knowledge of Android and Apple products
