Role Description We are seeking a committed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, on-site role located in Pleasanton, CA. The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic programs to help patients regain daily life skills and improve their overall quality of life. This position involves working with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop effective rehabilitation strategies, providing hands-on therapy, and educating patients and their families on therapy plans and progress. Documentation and ongoing evaluation of patient outcomes are key aspects of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices and experience in rehabilitation techniquesA foundational understanding of Medicine as it relates to patient care and treatmentStrong Communication skills for working collaboratively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teamsExperience with pediatric patients or willingness to work with various patient populationsLicensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of CaliforniaBachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational TherapyCommitment to patient care excellence and evidence-based practicePrevious experience in a rehabilitation or clinical setting is a plus
