#### Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system for kitchen preparation
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
#### Skills:
- Strong guest relations skills to provide excellent service and create a positive dining experience
- Proficiency in using OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Exceptional customer service skills to address guest needs and ensure satisfaction
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking, bill calculation, and handling cash transactions
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet service standards
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques to assist with plating and garnishing dishes
