This role is responsible for assembling products using work orders, production drawings, and bills of materials while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Candidates must be comfortable performing precision inspections and working in a fast-paced production setting. Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble products according to work orders, bills of materials (BOM), and production drawingsReview routing instructions and follow production sequences accuratelyVerify parts, quantities, and descriptions before beginning buildsReport labor against correct routing sequencesInspect components for defects such as torn threads, porosity, or paint issuesPerform 100% inspection of flange/body-cover joints using a .0015" feeler gaugeEnsure all assembled products meet quality and safety standardsRemove and identify nonconforming materials as neededLubricate designated threaded areas during assemblyReport issues with equipment, fixtures, tools, or unclear instructions immediatelyMaintain clean and organized work areasReturn tools and drawings to proper storage locationsReplenish consumable parts during downtimeQualificationsPrevious electrical wiring experience requiredAbility to read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and routingsExperience using precision measuring tools preferredStrong attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to lift up to 35 lbs continuously throughout the shiftComfortable working in a manufacturing/production environmentBenefits: Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
