Job Opportunity: Full-Time Pediatric Orthopedic SurgeonOur organization is looking for a dedicated Full-Time Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon to become part of our esteemed hospital. The Department of Orthopedic Surgery at our medical school is in search of fellowship-trained Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeons to enhance our Pediatric Enterprise at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional Pediatric Orthopedic care within an academic medical center and health system.Work collaboratively with colleagues in Pediatric practice as a vital member of a growing pediatric enterprise.Hold a faculty position at the Icahn School of Medicine.Support the education of residents, medical students, and fellows in Orthopedic Surgery and Pediatrics.Engage professionally with fellow staff and physicians.Ensure the confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with federal and state regulations.QualificationsMedical Degree from an accredited institution.Possession of a New York Medical License.Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery.Strong communication skills, excellent bedside manner, and organizational abilities.A robust work ethic and a commitment to being part of a team-oriented, performance-driven health system.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range between $350,000 and $500,000, which is based on clinical and research experience. This includes bonuses and incentive compensation, along with comprehensive benefits.Salary Disclosure InformationIn compliance with New York City's Salary Transparency law, we provide a salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, and community needs. Therefore, the final salary may be closer to either end of the range or, in some cases, may fall outside of it.
