Role Description Madico is seeking full-time Coating Operators / Mixing Operators for its on-site facility in Pinellas Park, FL. The role involves operating coating and mixing equipment, monitoring production processes, measuring, and mixing materials, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining accurate documentation. Operators will also perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and comply with safety protocols to uphold the quality of Madico’s innovative film products. Qualifications Experience with operating and troubleshooting production equipmentKnowledge of measuring, mixing, and handling raw materialsAttention to detail, quality assurance, and safety complianceBasic understanding of machine maintenance processesAbility to interpret and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsPhysical capability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications a plusPrior experience in manufacturing or coating operations is preferred
