Swimming Pool Technician Helper

In this role, you will be an integral part of our construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient. This position requires some physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Duties Assist on construction sites, in electrical, systems automation, and plumbing. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of experienced tradespeople. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications. Experience Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus. Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) occasionally throughout the day.
