Team Lead/ Manager (LAPC/ LPC/ LMSW/ LCSW/ LMFT/ RN) - Fulton Co

The Team Lead position is responsible for providing administrative and clinical supervision, coordination, consultation, and facilitation of intensive outreach programs (ACT) of approximately nine professional and paraprofessional staff. This position is partially Administrative and partially clinical. Which includes the following: Lead Treatment Team at least 4 days per week Maintain a case load of at least 5 Consumers Review staff caseload and schedule to ensure they can maintain their required unit count Supervise all members of the team Assist with the Referrals. Ensure that Consumers are scheduled for at least 3 visits per week Ensure all Failed Activities are completed within 24hrs by staff Participate in ACT Fidelity Review Participate in ASO Audit Participate in CARF Review
