Application Engineer, Level 4
Overview:
In this role you will build and operate secure, scalable web applications that connect Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. You will own features end-to-end, from UI to data models and integrations, collaborating with product and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes. You'll design and implement reliable ERP/MRP/MES/PLM integrations at scale and improve system resilience through monitoring and incident response. This is a chance to shape enterprise finance-tech tooling that enables hardware development and production. You'll work in a fast, cross-functional environment with a culture of ownership. Compensation / Benefitspaid parental leavecomprehensive medical coverageemotional and mental health support programsequity in RSUsResponsibilitiesDesign, build, test, deploy, and operate web applications and services used by Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams Own features across the full stack including UI, data models, APIs, and integrations Develop reliable integrations among ERP, MRP, MES, PLM, warehouse, procurement, finance, and analytics platforms using APIs, events, and batch processing Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate processes into requirements and measurable outcomes Improve performance and resilience via monitoring, capacity planning, and incident response Raise engineering quality through design/code reviews, automated tests, CI/CD, and documentation Share knowledge and mentor teammates to foster a high-ownership culture
Key requirements:
- Strong full-stack development skills with JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue)
- Backend experience with Java, Python, Go, or Node.js; ability to learn new stack quickly
- Understanding of architecture, distributed systems, domain-driven design, and integration patterns
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear product and technical requirementsStrong written and verbal communication across engineering and non-engineering teams
- Practical ownership mindset focusing on reliability and user outcomes 4+ years of post-bachelor full-stack experience or equivalent
