Respond to questions from participants and maintain the scope of practice. Demonstrate sound problem-solving and decision-making skills with food allergies, ingredient availability, and dietary food accommodations. Follow food safety protocols and provide students, staff, and faculty with a fun and safe learning environment.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plans, instructs and implements organized class sequences and applies SERV Safe guidelines during all programs Plans, instructs, prepares, and implements cooking demonstration classes for students and the community. Develops and impart culinary, nutrition, and food safety information via in-person activities and recorded activities for online platforms Educates, entertains, and motivates participants to cook and use demonstrated recipes Demonstrates time management skills and attention to detail; plan and implement organized class sequences so sessions begin and end on time.
