This position involves handling customer inquiries, crisis management, booking service calls, and dispatching for various service locations.Schedule:Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)During peak season, overtime is mandatory with weekend availability neededWhat you will do:Answer incoming calls from new and existing customersManage customer concerns by providing appropriate information and assistance to customers in urgent need while ensuring a positive customer experienceSchedule service calls and appointments for customersCoordinate and dispatch service technicians to multiple locations, ensuring timely response to customer requests.Work collaboratively with a remote team to share information, address challenges, and provide support when needed.Participate in training sessions to familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and service offerings.What you bring:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Empathetic and customer-focused approach.Benefits:Comprehensive training provided.$15 hourly plus commissionWho we are:Bud Anderson is a leading provider of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and generator services.
