Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of residential properties. This position is responsible for coordinating maintenance requests, supervising vendors and maintenance staff, ensuring properties are well-maintained, and providing excellent service to residents. Responsibilities: Two or more years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily housing, LIHTC communities, or a similar residential environment. Experience with NSPIRE and/or REAC inspections is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, appliance repair, and general carpentry. EPA, HVAC, or other relevant maintenance certifications are a plus. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude. Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed. Qualifications: At least 3 years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing, LIHTC properties, or a similar setting. Familiarity with NSPIRE and/or REAC inspections. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and basic carpentry. EPA, HVAC, or other maintenance certifications are a plus. Strong troubleshooting skills with great attention to detail. Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment.
