Position Overview TCW is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Inventory Manager to lead warehouse inventory operations at our Conway, Arkansas facility. This role is responsible for managing material flow, maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting field production teams, and ensuring all equipment and materials are available to meet project schedules. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, understands warehouse operations, and is committed to accuracy, accountability, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse inventory operations Maintain accurate inventory counts using tracking systems and physical audits Manage receiving, stocking, staging, and distribution of materials Coordinate material needs with field supervisors and project managers Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed Track and manage company tools and equipment Implement inventory control procedures to reduce loss and shrinkage Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse conditions Supervise warehouse staff (if applicable) Prepare inventory reports for leadership review Support mobilization and demobilization of project equipment Qualifications 3+ years of inventory management or warehouse management experience Experience in construction, utility, or heavy equipment environments preferred Strong knowledge of inventory tracking systems (ERP or similar software) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a warehouse environment Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong leadership and communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Valid driver’s license Preferred Experience Utility construction or fiber installation material management Tool and fleet tracking systems Process improvement and workflow optimization Experience managing cycle counts and physical audits Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company match Career growth opportunities within TCW Why Join TCW?
