Part-Time Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep, repair, and overall appearance of our community's common areas. This role works closely with the Concierge team and Association Manager to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance across all common areas (lobby, gym, pool, garage, etc.)Complete minor repairs including painting, plumbing, and electrical workMaintain equipment, lighting, water features, and pool systemsCoordinate cleaning, landscaping, and vendor servicesMonitor property conditions and report issues, including vandalism or major repairsMaintain inventory of tools, supplies, and chemicals in compliance with safety standardsAssist with waste management and occasional haulingCommunicate maintenance updates and provide reports to managementRespond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as neededQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 2 years of maintenance experienceWorking knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and pool systemsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksPreferred:Certifications related to electrical, plumbing, or pool operationsExperience with pumps, lighting systems, and water featuresPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionallyComfortable working outdoors and using laddersAbout UsWe are a privately owned company founded in 1983, built on respect, integrity, and a commitment to service.
