Candidates are encouraged to review Evolution’s Privacy and Cookies policies before submitting personal data.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Coordinator role based in Atlantic City, NJ. The Human Resources Coordinator will support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with benefits administration and HR documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating new hire paperwork and orientations, updating HR systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The role will also support employee relations by responding to routine HR inquiries, helping with investigations and documentation as directed, and assisting with performance review and recognition processes. In addition, this position will help schedule interviews, coordinate HR-related training sessions, support HR reporting and metrics, and collaborate with HR team members and managers across the site to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience.Qualifications Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support day-to-day HR operations and coordinate with HR leadership.Experience with Benefits Administration, including assisting employees with enrollments, changes, and basic benefits-related inquiries.Skills in Employee Relations, including handling routine questions, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting a respectful, inclusive workplace.Familiarity with HR Policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, with the ability to apply and communicate them clearly.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office (or similar tools).Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members at all levels.Ability to work on-site full time in Atlantic City, NJ, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience; prior HR or administrative experience in a corporate or hospitality/gaming
