We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Serve as the primary engineering liaison between production, test, and design teams, resolving hardware testing and manufacturing issues in real time. Optimize manufacturing test flows for avionics systems, improving measurement quality, test efficiency, throughput, and robustness. Lead disposition and corrective action for non-conformances during production test. Create and deliver training, troubleshooting guides, and improved work instructions to reduce recurring support burdens on your team. Partner with test engineering to improve test architecture, reduce cycle time, and ensure high-quality data capture. Collaborate with manufacturing engineering to reduce workmanship errors and strengthen process capability.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent 5+ years of experience in a design, test, or manufacturing engineering role supporting electronic hardware products Experience developing or supporting manufacturing test flows and automation within space, automotive, industrial, or consumer electronics industries Experience performing root cause analysis on electronic assemblies, including component-level and system-level debugging Experience with the project management of technical projects Strong understanding of PCBA fabrication, assembly, DFM, and PCBA-level testingWhat's On Offer Opportunity to work on a low Earth orbit satellite network Contribute to delivering fast, reliable internet connectivity to underserved areas Fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguityApply via Haystack today!
