In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of all technology integration activities for mergers and acquisitions. This role operates as the central program leader across due diligence, integration planning, execution, and post-close stabilization, ensuring seamless onboarding of acquired entities into the Verdantas environment.At Verdantas, we don’t just build infrastructure, we build careers. Named the #1 firm to work for in 2025 by Zweig Group, you’ll be part of a team that values your impact, supports your growth, and celebrates your success every step of the way.What You'll DoOwn and drive the full lifecycle of M&A IT integration projects from due diligence through post-close executionTranslate acquisition timelines into structured integration roadmaps, milestones, and deliverablesAct as the primary integration lead and point of contact for acquired (legacy) organizationsCoordinates across multiple workstream teams (infrastructure, applications, security, data, etc.) of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutionsManage a portfolio of concurrent M&A integrations, often with overlapping timelines and dependencies, and ensure they are completed on time, within scope, within budget, and meet expectationsMonitor program progress and performance, proactively identify and mitigate integration risks and execution gaps,Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to escalated client issues or challenges that occur during or after integrationsFacilitate intake, due diligence inputs, and requirements gathering with incoming organizations as neededDrive go-live readiness and cutover coordination, ensuring minimal disruption to business operationsServe as the primary liaison between Verdantas and acquired firms during integrationPartner with DPMO leadership to define and mature the end-to-end M&A integration operating modelDevelop and standardize integration playbooks, intake forms, and due diligence templates, communication templates, and workflow automation (ServiceNow / SPM alignment)Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure alignment and integration of project activitiesCommunicate program status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior managementEnsure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standardsFacilitate program meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and decision-makingConduct program evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvementOperate as program lead over supporting Project Managers and extended teamsDelegate execution-level tasks while maintaining overall program accountabilityOversee and support onboarding and mentoring of Project Managers and offshore (VISTA) integration resourcesWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree5-7 years of experience in program and project management, preferably in IT or digital transformationProven experience leading M&A integrations, complex system migrations, or enterprise transformationsAbility to manage multiple complex and concurrent projects in a fast-paced acquisition environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve program issuesPrecision in monitoring program progress and maintaining documentationSalary Range$150,000-$155,000BenefitsFlexible Work Environment Paid Parental Leave Medical Dental Vision Life and AD&D Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off + HolidaysVerdantas strives to develop new ways to increase diversity awareness within our organization.
