Commercial HVAC/R Technician

We are currently seeking experienced technicians to support our growing operations. This role is best suited for individuals with hands-on experience servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. Position Overview: This position focuses on the service, repair, and maintenance of commercial HVAC and refrigeration. Technicians work independently in the field while staying connected with dispatch and supporting teams. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, and ice machines, etc. Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service calls in a timely manner Identify electrical and mechanical issues and provide effective solutions Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and internal teams Follow all safety guidelines and maintain compliance with EPA regulations Qualifications Required Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience servicing commercial HVAC, refrigeration Experience working in commercial environments Strong troubleshooting and electrical diagnostic skills Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check Preferred EPA certification or ability to obtain Experience working independently in a service technician role Ability to provide professional, customer-focused service while working directly with clients on-site Great To Have Experience with commercial cooking equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, and other cooking systems) This is not an entry-level position. Candidates should have prior field experience working on commercial systems and be comfortable handling service calls independently.
