Human Resources Manager

A hospital system in Southern New Hampshire is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager on a permanent basis. The person in this role will manage a team of 4 HRBPs who are responsible for employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement within their assigned business units. This role is on-site in Nashua, NH. Responsibilities Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees Qualifications Bachelors Degree Prior HR Management experience (people/teams management) Employee Relations experience (including investigations) Experience working at mid-size to large / more complex organization Able to commute to and work in Nashua, NH on daily basis Hospital experience strongly preferred
