You'll play a vital role in creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for our Residents, all while embracing American Training's award-winning culture of dignity, respect, and WOW! Magic.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow a designated protocol for health and physician's orders and Applied Behavioral Analysis based plans and practices.Responsible to track, document and summarize progress of plans to achieve Resident's goals and specific intensive and targeted behavioral plansOversee daily data collection on all Residents, including multiple data fields on behavioral interventions, goal attainment and relevant medical issues.Use appropriate, approved behavioral and physical management techniques to ensure safety of Colleagues and Residents in a variety of settings.RequirementsBachelor's degree REQUIREDMinimum of 1 year experience working with individuals with behavioral and/or clinical challengesPABC training to be completed by 30 days of hire.First Aid/CPR required.MAP training and course completion within 3 months of hire.Ability to work 3-11 and overnight shifts. Must include one weekend day.
