About the Opportunity:The Technical Documentation Analyst plays a vital role in preparing Request for Quote (RFQ) packages by extracting and coordinating relevant design documentation. This position supports sourcing activities, supplier communications, and internal coordination to ensure accurate and timely information flow, contributing directly to procurement and project execution efficiency.3. Responsibilities:• Retrieve drawings from customer systems to compile RFQ packages for various sourcing needs• Coordinate internally regarding specific parts classifications• Manage workflow approvals using textport and collaborate with ITC/GT to expedite processes• Establish and administer content serve accounts for suppliers• Address supplier and receiving organization queries related to RFQs within the customer scope4. Requirements:• Proficient in blueprint reading as a primary daily task• Ability to analyze bills of material and identify all subcomponents for drawings• Capable of coordinating status updates and reports among multiple stakeholders• Positive attitude with strong self-motivation• Preferred familiarity with Teamcenter, SAP, X-Class, and Export Control• Excellent communication skills for interaction within the company and with external customers and suppliers• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel5.
