Material Handler

Position SummaryAt Bridor , the Material Handler plays a key role in supporting production operations by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout the facility. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, staging, shipping, and distributing materials while maintaining food safety, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company standards.Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Material Handler helps ensure production teams have the right materials available at the right time to support operational success.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow all company safety policies and procedures at all timesPrepare and stage raw materials according to production shop ordersSafely load, unload, move, and store materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipmentPerform shipping and receiving activities for incoming and outgoing materialsVerify material quality, condition, and quantities to support production requirementsReceive and document raw materials using the Bridor Paperless System and SAPMaintain accurate labeling of ingredients and materials, including allergen and SAP labelsProperly store dry, refrigerated, allergen, and non-allergen ingredients according to food safety standardsProcess and document materials returned from productionPerform inventory transactions and stock movements within SAPSupport month-end and year-end inventory auditsMaintain clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work and storage areasParticipate in company training programs, including GMP, HACCP, SAP, and related operational systemsAssist with onboarding and training new team members as neededCommunicate any food safety or quality concerns to the QA team immediatelyPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious warehouse, manufacturing, or food production experience preferredForklift experience preferredBasic computer skills and ability to learn SAP and warehouse systemsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safetyAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to lift, move, and handle materials safely throughout the shiftStrong teamwork and communication skillsSkills & CompetenciesResourceful and proactiveSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyStrong organizational skillsCommitment to quality and food safetyFlexible and adaptableTeam-oriented mindsetWhat We OfferBridor believes in rewarding great work with strong benefits and long-term stability:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceShort- and Long-Term Disability InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Vacation Time11 Paid Holidays per YearPaid Sick TimeAnnual Production Bonus401(k) with 6% Company MatchReady to Make an Impact?Join Bridor USA and play a key role in producing world-class bakery products while contributing in a safe, supportive, and performance-driven environment.Apply today and help shape the future of premium bakery manufacturing.
