Pediatric Opening Near Columbus, OHLocated in Bellefontaine, OH - Dayton 55m; Columbus 55mHospital-employed positionSeeking a board certified / board eligible pediatrician to practice high quality, evidence-based medicine with a collegial and collaborative group of physicians and nurse practitioners in a busy, well-established yet growing practice. Opportunity to provide outpatient clinic care, round on newborns, and attend C-sections Four-day work week, seeing 20-25 patients per day Practice consists of 4 physicians, 2 full-time CNPs, 2 part-time CNPs, 1 part-time behavioral health CNP, and lactation consultant Meditech Expanse EMR Call 1:4 with 20-minute maximum response time Single hospital coverage, Level 1 nursery with approximately 400 births per year at hospitals birth center Patients transported to Childrens Hospital if necessary Only pediatrics practice in 20+ mile radius Opportunities for community involvement / activities and medical staff committeesBenefits: Competitive guaranteed base salary, RVU productivity bonus, and patient satisfaction bonus Education loan repayment available Sign-on bonus Allowance for relocation Allowance for CME, dues, and subscriptions.
