Java Application Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications while ensuring system reliability, availability, and performance.This role combines strong backend development expertise with operational excellence, focusing on building resilient systems and improving production stability.Java DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectureBuild and enhance RESTful APIs and backend servicesImplement scalable and efficient data models using relational or NoSQL databasesPerform unit testing (JUnit/Mockito) and ensure code quality through best practicesSRE / Reliability EngineeringMonitor system health, performance, and availability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similarDesign systems with high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery in mindAnalyze performance metrics and proactively resolve production issuesParticipate in on-call support and incident management (root cause analysis, postmortems)DevOps & AutomationBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven/GradleAutomate deployments and infrastructure processesWork with containerization technologies like Docker and KubernetesCollaboration & DeliveryWork closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutionsParticipate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)Ensure adherence to coding, security, and architectural standardsRequired Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsStrong experience in Core Java / J2EEHands-on experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, MicroservicesExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentalsExperience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
