Physical Therapist (DPT) — Full-TimeAPEX PWR  |  Tigard, OR (Portland Metro)APEX PWR is hiring a full-time Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our rehab team. APEX PWR serves Tigard, Beaverton, and the greater Portland metro area. This is a sports PT clinical role inside a facility built for athletes and active people who want more than to return to baseline.About APEX PWRAPEX PWR is a 10,000 square foot facility with high ceilings, 40 yards of turf, and lifting rigs, giving our PTs high-end equipment to return clients back to sport. Additionally, we’re a multi-modal clinic offering strength and sports performance training for adults and youth, DEXA body composition and bone density scanning, VO2 Max testing, and nutrition coaching. We utilize VALD technology (force plates, dynamometer, speed gates, and more) for both performance assessment and rehab progressions.We are also actively planning expansion to additional locations in the region. This hire is part of building the clinical team for that next phase, and there is a real opportunity to grow alongside the business.The RoleYou will carry a full caseload treating orthopedic and sports injuries. Our population is primarily competitive youth athletes and active adults with acute sport, post-op, and overuse injuries.Our PTs have recently worked four x 10-hour shifts per week with one weekday off. The schedule may adjust as patient demand evolves.Initial evaluations are one hour, one-on-one, with no other patients on your schedule during that block.We don't use PT techs or aides. You run your own treatments and own your patient relationships.We value education and paying it forward. We host student physical therapists throughout the year, which keeps the clinical environment sharp and gives you the chance to mentor.Coordinate with our strength coaches, nutritionist, and performance team to help patients return to full function and continue building from there.Mentorship and Team CollaborationYou will not be working in isolation.
