This role plays a key part in maintaining warehouse operations, ensuring products are accurately staged and loaded on time to support customer deliveries across DVFG’s distribution network.What You’ll Do Coordinate the accurate staging, palletizing, wrapping, and loading of outbound product shipments Ensure trucks are loaded according to nightly departure schedules and operational deadlines Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanning devices Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and loading dock environment Monitor product handling processes to support inventory accuracy and shipment quality Partner with warehouse and distribution teams to support efficient daily operations Follow company safety procedures and material handling standards Adapt to changing workloads, schedules, and operational priorities as neededWork Environment & Physical RequirementsThis role operates in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment and requires regular use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, electric and manual pallet jacks, RF scanners, box cutters, and pallet-wrapping equipment.This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and operate warehouse equipment throughout the shift. Team members must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.Compensation & Benefits (What’s In It For You)The expected salary range for this position is listed above.
