We’re a high-velocity, mission-driven startup that values full-stack ownership, clear alignment, and customer obsession .The OpportunityWe are looking for a Solutions Architect with deep expertise in healthcare data and enterprise AI applications to lead solution design and deployment for top-tier healthcare payer clients. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our AI offerings are scalable, secure, and impactful.You will act as a key technical leader bridging client needs with Autonomize.AI’s product capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesClient SolutioningOwn technical discovery, architecture design, and integration strategy for new and existing customers.Translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled architectures for use cases such as claims processing, clinical reviews, risk adjustment, and more.Technical LeadershipGuide cross-functional teams during pre-sales and post-sales implementations.Develop solution blueprints and system integration plans using healthcare-specific standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI, etc.).Product & Delivery CollaborationProvide feedback to product and engineering teams on customer needs, industry trends, and integration challenges.Support Proof-of-Concept (POC) development and iterative deployment cycles.Security & ComplianceEnsure all architectures meet HIPAA and other healthcare compliance standards.Contribute to enterprise architecture best practices around security, governance, and interoperability.Qualifications10+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role within healthcare or healthtechExperience working with healthcare payers, including systems for claims adjudication, utilization management, member engagement, and/or provider dataStrong understanding of healthcare data formats and compliance (HIPAA, EDI 837/835, FHIR)Solid experience designing and integrating APIs and data pipelines in cloud-native environments (preferably AWS)Experience working with AI/ML platforms and tools (e.g., NLP, LLMs, vector databases)Excellent communication and client-facing skillsNice To HaveExperience working with GenAI tools and frameworksFamiliarity with tools like Snowflake, Databricks, LangChain, or similarExposure to healthcare-specific enterprise systems like Epic, TriZetto, Optum, etc.Startup experience or background in enterprise software/SaaSWhat We OfferInfluence & Impact: Lead and shape the future of healthcare AI implementationsOutsized Opportunity: Join at the ground floor of a rapidly scaling, VC-backed startupOwnership, Autonomy & Mastery: Full-stack ownership of customer programs, with freedom to innovateLearning & Growth: Constant exposure to founders, customers, and new technologies—plus a professional development budgetStandard Benefits: Competitive compensation, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, paid vacation, 401(k), and commitment to your physical and mental healthTo ApplySend your resume and a brief note on how your executive-level communication and deep technical program leadership will accelerate Autonomize AI’s mission to careers@autonomize.ai.
