Direct Support Prof. Residential SLPI & ILS Programs

Position Overview Ability Beyond Barriers is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to serve as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in our Supervised Living Program I (SLPI) and Independent Living Services (ILS). DSPs play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live as independently and meaningfully as possible within their communities. This position focuses on person-centered support, skill building, and community integration while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
