The client is a prominent leader in the concrete and excavation industry with over two decades of expertise, and specializes in a broad range of residential and commercial projects. Located in the Lebanon/Indy Metro area, we are dedicated to delivering outstanding quality and ensuring client satisfaction, while upholding the highest standards of safety. Key Result Areas (KRAs): ACCURACY-EFFICIENCY-COLLABORATION Responsibilities: Specialized Estimation: Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial concrete projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs. Project Analysis: Analyze blueprints, construction drawings, and other documentation to accurately assess project requirements. Cost Management: Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial viability. Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors and suppliers for cost estimation and procurement of materials. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and adjust estimates accordingly. Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery. Technology Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software for estimation and project management. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of evolving industry trends and technologies to enhance estimation accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field preferred, but not mandatory. Bilingual in Spanish, a plus but not a requirement. Proven experience in construction estimation, particularly within the commercial concrete sector. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and concrete services. Proficiency in project management software (Procore), scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. A firm commitment to safety and industry regulation compliance. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required (60-mile radius around the office) Relevant certifications.
