Quality DirectorLocation: Tracy, CACompensation: $130,000 - $165,000Our client is seeking a Quality Director to lead all food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance initiatives within a growing food and beverage manufacturing operation.The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience in food manufacturing and must possess either direct BRC audit experience or extensive experience leading SQF-certified facilities at a high level.Qualifications:7+ years of quality leadership experience in food and beverage manufacturingStrong knowledge of BRC, SQF, HACCP, GMPs, FSMA, and FDA regulationsExperience leading customer, regulatory, and third-party auditsProven ability to build, mentor, and lead quality teamsStrong background in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvementThis is an excellent opportunity for a quality leader who is passionate about food safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
