We are building out a digital asset function, and we are hiring the operational core of its trading desk.About the roleLoop runs active trading on Hyperliquid — the leading on-chain perpetuals venue. We are looking for a Trading Operations Analyst to be the operational backbone of that desk: someone who knows the platform not from documentation, but from trading it.This is a role for a trader. You know the platform because you use it: funding mechanics, margin, liquidations, ADL.- Strong understanding of liquidity: order book depth, slippage, market impact, and how each behaves under stress.- Working API literacy (REST/WebSocket); basic scripting (Python or similar) for monitoring and automation is a strong plus.- Calm and precise during volatility; clear written communication — incident reports and post-mortems are part of the job.- Authorized to work in the United States; comfortable in a fully remote setup.Nice to have:- Experience across the wider Hyperliquid ecosystem: staking HYPE, HLP, HyperEVM DeFi (Kinetiq/kHYPE, HyperLend, Felix), HIP-3 builder markets.- Background at an exchange, market maker, or proprietary trading desk.Compensation and benefits- Base salary: $158.000 per year.- Performance bonus.- Employer-funded health insurance: medical, dental, and vision.- 401(k) with company matching.- Fully remote within the United States — no relocation or office requirement.- Annual budget for training, certifications, and conferences.- Paid time off.How to applyApply here on LinkedIn with your resume.
