Cake Decorator - Fondant, Ganache, and Chocolate
We are seeking a skilled Fondant Cake Decorator to join our team. As a Fondant Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious cakes for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Design and decorate cakes according to customer specifications
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all cakes produced
- Adhere to food safety standards and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with cake selection and customization
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills
- Proficient in using Fondant, Ganache, Chocolates, and Pastries
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Experience cake decorating skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is required
The position works from Tuesdays through Saturdays starting at 5am. During wedding cake season, Monday through Friday will be required starting at 5am.

Pay: From $17.75 per hour
