Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Newport, OR Agency: Jackson HealthPros Pay: $1,943 to $2,143 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/17/2026 About the Position We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital in Newport, OR where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. Minimum Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program. Current registration by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC-RRT) required. Current Oregon Respiratory Care License required. Healthcare Provider BLS required. Two years clinical experience in Respiratory Care preferred. For Pediatric Care areas: ACLS, NRP, and PALS required (preferred for other departments). Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital. Primary specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist. Shift name: Flex Shifts. Shift pattern: Varies; every other weekend required. Department: Respiratory Therapy providing treatment and diagnostic services to critical and non-critical patients across all age groups.
